摘要
教育学国家社科基金是我国教育学科科研立项的最高层次,在一定程度上代表着教育学研究机构的研究水平。用内容分析法对"十五"以来教育学国家社科基金项目进行量化分析,以认识我国教育学研究机构的学术影响力。研究发现,教育学国家社科基金的立项分布不均衡,集中于高校,尤其是师范院校中,呈现出"中心-边缘"的依附结构;年度项目分布方面,首先,立项数量呈现出梯度分布状态。其次,除少数机构的立项具有连续性外,其他机构的立项并不稳定。整体而言,我国教育学研究机构的学术影响力与研究机构的教育学综合实力基本呈正相关,教育学研究机构自身独立运作能力较强但缺乏合作,故而协同创新是提高研究机构学术影响力并确立"中心-边缘"机构良性合作的重要途径。
National Social Sciences Foundation( NSSF) is the highest-level funding agency for education research projects in China.The present paper is an empirical research on education research projects sponsored by NSSF from 2001 to 2014 through the use of content analysis methodology,aiming to assess and compare the scholarly impact of various education research institutes in China. It is found that projects sponsored by NSSF mostly come from higher education institutions( HEIs),esp. teachers colleges. There is a disparity in the number of sponsored projects undertaken by various education research institutes. And except for a few ones,most education research institutes do not get sponsored projects on a regular basis. As a whole,the scholarly impact of education research institutes in China is positively related to their overall strength. As these research institutes are independent from each other,lacking motivation for cooperation,it is necessary to establish a mechanism for cooperation between the top performers in the center and those mediocre ones on the periphery so as to enhance their scholarly impact.
