品管圈管理在提高产科住院期间纯母乳喂养率中的应用

Application of QCC management in improving exclusive breastfeeding during hospitalization

目的探讨产科护士利用品管圈管理在解决纯母乳喂养率低问题中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,通过回顾性调查确定影响纯母乳喂养率的主要因素,利用头脑风暴法提出解决方案,并通过圈能力不断改进形成规范的母乳喂养宣教工作模式,提高纯母乳喂养率。结果实验组母婴纯母乳喂养率55%,对照组母婴纯母乳喂养率38%,母亲及家属对母乳喂养相关知识的掌握程度明显好于对照组,差异具有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动不仅提升了住院母婴的纯母乳喂养率,并且培养了科室成员解决问题的能力,增强了科室的凝聚力。

Objective To discuss the application results of obstetric nurses using QCC anagement to solve theproblem of the low rate of exclusive breastfeeding. Methods By setting up the QCC team, identifying the mainfactors affecting the rate of exclusive breastfeeding through retrospective investigation, using brainstormingto propose a solution, continuously improve and form a standardized breastfeeding missionary work mode viacircle ability, the exclusive breastfeeding rates were finally increased. Results Exclusive breastfeeding rateof experimental group（maternal and child） was 55%, while in the control group was 38%, the knowledge ofbreastfeeding in mothers and their family members in the experimental grasp was significantly better than thecontrol group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion QCC activities not only enhance theexclusive breastfeeding rate of matemal and child in hospital, but cultivate the ability to solve problems of thedepartment members and enhance the cohesion of department.
