Y-box结合蛋白1(YB-1)属于冷休克蛋白家族,是一种多功能蛋白。YB-1参与一系列DNA/RNA依赖的事件,如DNA的修复、m RNA选择性剪接、m RNA稳定性和翻译的调节。YB-1在细胞增殖、分化、应激反应和恶性细胞的转化等过程中发挥重要的生物学功能。YB-1在各种类型的肿瘤组织中过表达,在肿瘤的发生和耐药性方面发挥着关键作用。现在,以YB-1为靶点治疗肿瘤已经成为研究的热点。

Y-box binding protein 1 （YB-1） is a member of the family of DNA-and-RNA-binding proteins,YB-1 participates in a wide variety of DNA/RNA-dependent events, including DNA reparation, pre-mRNAtranscription and splicing, regulation of translation, cell proliferation and malignant cell transformation. Studieshave demonstraed that abnormal expression of YB-1 has a significant effect on tumorigenesis. Nowadays, YB-1as targets for cancer therapy has become a hot spot.
