摘要
教育叙事研究在中国已有十几年的发展历程,引起了很多教育研究者的广泛关注。通过个案研究法,探讨新升本院校英语教师身份转变与构建。教师身份并非某个静止的状态,而是一个动态发展的过程,在多种制约因素的共同作用下发展和变化。整体来说,教师身份构建主要受社会环境和教师个人成长史两大因素的制约。
Educational narrative inquiry, having evolved in China over ten years, has drawn increasing attention from education researchers. Through a case study, it discusses the English teachers’ identity change and building in new undergraduate colleges. Teachers’ identity, which is influenced by many factors, is not a static state, but a dynamic development process. On the whole, teachers’ identity building is mainly influenced by the two factors of social environment and personal growth.
