优质护理服务模式用于子宫脱垂患者的护理体会

Experience in high quality care nursing for patients with uterine prolapse

目的探讨实行优质护理服务对于子宫脱垂患者的影响。方法回顾性分析妇科2012年9月—2014年5月间住院的子宫脱垂患者50例,分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组采用传统的功能制护理模式,观察组采用优质护理工作模式,在接待及时、生活护理、巡视病房、康复锻炼、药物介绍及饮食指导6个方面对2组患者进行比较。结果在上述6个方面,对照组的分数分别为1.92±0.71、2.4±0.24、2.36±0.23、2.48±0.25、2.56±0.25和2.28±0.36,观察组分数分别为2.76±0.18、3.00±0.00、3.00±0.00、2.84±0.13、2.88±0.10、和2.96±0.04。通过t检验判断,观察组相对对照组各项指标有明显改善,所有指标比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理工作模式使护士的护理思维、服务态度、价值观念发生了根本变化,确立了以患者满意为中心的质量标准。优质护理工作模式使患者的归属感增加,住院时间缩短,护理质量及患者满意度得到明显提高。优质护理工作模式使护患关系更加融洽,护理工作更加顺畅,更加适应社会和广大公众的需求,促进了护理工作健康、有序的发展。

Objective To discuss the effects of high quality care nursing on the patients with uterine prolapse.Methods Fifty patients with uterine prolapse in our hospital from September 2012 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the control group and observation group（ n = 25 in both groups）. The traditional functional nursing mode was carried out in the control group,while the high quality care nursing mode was performed in the observation group. The nursing outcomes including the timely manner at reception,life care,frequency of inspection,rehabilitation exercises,introduction about drug use,diet guide and patients satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the above seven observation indexes,the percentages in control group were 1. 92 ± 0. 71,2. 4 ± 0. 24,2. 36 ± 0. 23,2. 48 ± 0. 25,2. 56 ± 0. 25 and 2. 28 ± 0. 36,respectively; while in the observation group,they were 2. 76 ±0. 18,3. 00 ± 0. 00,3. 00 ± 0. 00,2. 84 ± 0. 13,2. 88 ± 0. 10 and 2. 96 ± 0. 04,respectively. All the indexes in observation group were better than those in control group,the differences in all indexes were statistical significant between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The high quality care nursing work mode can improve nurse＇s nursing philosophy,service attitude,value concept,and develop high quality patient-oriented guideline. This mode can also increase patients＇ belongingness,shorten hospitalization time,obviously improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients,make the relationship between nurses and patients to be more harmonious and the nursing work to be more smoothly,which will even more adapt to the social and public needs and promote the healthy and orderly development of nursing work.
