护理干预对老年脑梗死患者肺部感染的预防效果观察

The effect observation of nursing intervention for the prevention of pulmonary infection in elderly patients with cerebral infarction

目的研究护理干预对老年脑梗死患者肺部感染的预防效果。方法选取2012-03-2014-03在我院治疗的老年脑梗死患者126例,按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各63例。对照组使用常规护理措施护理,干预组采用预防为主的护理措施。收集2组患者年龄、性别、病程等一般资料,以及2组肺部感染发生率、住院时间、病死率和咳嗽、咳痰、发热、电解质紊乱、排痰不畅症状的发生率,并对收集的数据进行统计学分析。结果 2组患者年龄、性别、病程等一般资料数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组肺部感染发生率、住院时间、病死率和咳嗽、咳痰、发热、电解质紊乱、排痰不畅症状的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够有效预防老年脑梗死患者肺部感染的发生,能够缩短患者住院时间,降低病死率。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention for the prevention of pulmonary infection in elderly pa‐tients with cerebral infarction.Methods 126 elderly cases with cerebral infarction from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hos‐pital were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number table ,each group had 63 cases. Patients in the control group received conventional nursing ,the study group were treated with preventive nursing interventions. And then we collected and analyzed the general data of age ,gender ,duration and other general informa‐tion ,as well as the clinical data including the incidence of pulmonary infections ,hospital stays ,mortality ,and cough ,sputum , fever ,electrolyte imbalance ,incidence of poor expectoration.Results The general data of age ,gender ,duration in two groups showed no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. All of clinical data including the incidence of pulmonary infections ,hospital stays , mortality and so on in intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of pulmonary infection in elderly patients with cerebral infarction ,which can shorten the hospital stays and lower mortality.
