摘要
为彻底根除丰满水电站坝体的安全隐患,电站建设管理单位开启了大坝重建方案,这一方案的实施将不可避免地对环境敏感区带来新的影响。分析了丰满水电站运行管理与环境敏感区之间相互制约、相互促进的关系,讨论了当前电站运行管理存在的问题,为电站后续开发运行管理与敏感区协调发展提出了建设性建议。
In order to completely eradicate the safety hazards of dam in Fengmam Hydropower Station, the re-construction scheme is carried out for the dam. The re-construction of dam will inevitably bring new impact on environment sensitive areas. The relationship of mutual restraint and promotion between the operation and management of station and the environment sensitive areas are analyzed, and current operation and management problems of station are also discussed. Some suggestions on the coordination between the operation and management of station and the development of environment sensitive areas are finally presented.
