摘要
通过分析医院实施药品库存精细化管理的必要性,提出药品经营的关键点是降低药品仓储成本,建立药品库存管理的路径,包括二级库的位置选择、药品分类管理、降低资源占用等多方面。对医院实施药品库存精细化管理方向进行思考,为公立医院的改革提供新的思路。
To analyze the necessary of fine management of hospital drug inventory, it is concluded that the lower drug storage cost is the key point of pharmaceutical trading and constructing the drug inventory management scheme, including the location of the secondary database selection, drug classification management, reduces resource consumption and so on. To think about the fine management of hospital drug inventory, so that can provid new ideas for the reform of public hospitals.
