摘要
有机朗肯循环是低温余热转化为高品质电能的有效手段。有机朗肯循环的工质决定整个系统的热效率,安全性,操作稳定性,经济性等重要性能。因此对于有机朗肯循环工质的选择的至关重要。在工质筛选过程中,筛选和评价的标准不同直接决定工质的选择结果。本文对比分析了各种常用的工质筛选标准并且指出了各种筛选标准的优缺点和适用范围。在工质选择中要综合考虑各种因素,提出了工质筛选过程中各种筛选标准考量的优先级。
Organic Rankine cycle is an effective way to convert low temperature waste heat into electricity. The working fluid in the cycle determines the thermal efficiency, safety, stability and economy of the system. Many researchers focus on the study on working fluid selection. The selection criteria affect the final decision of the working fluid. Reasonable working fluid selection criteria are important for the working fluid selection. Common used selection criteria are analyzed in this paper. Advantages, disadvantages, and the scope of application are presented. Among multiple selection criteria, the reasonable priority is proposed during working fluid selection.
