动态模拟在乙苯/苯乙烯过程工艺设计中的应用研究 被引量:1

Implication of the dynamic simulation for EB/Styrene process design

摘要 针对乙苯/苯乙烯实际生产装置,分析了过程生产中的操作要点。利用动态模拟技术建立了乙苯/苯乙烯分离塔的动态模型,在此基础上分析了粗苯乙烯分离塔操作的重点影响因素,考查了在事故状态下的系统响应,分析了控制系统组态、先进控制等方案的引入对于工艺设计的影响。所举事例表明利用该技术可有效增加工艺设计的安全性和工厂运行的平稳性,为后续工厂模拟各种运营工况奠定了基础。 For the ethylbenzene and the dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene, the key points for the process production are analyzed. With the dynamic simulation technology, the dynamic model of impurity styrene distillation column is built, on the basis of the obtained process model, the related influenced factors are given. Some examples of flare discharge, configuration of control scheme are considered. Using the dynamic model, the separated requirement is satisfied for impurity styrene column. It is a key for others unit's running and can help to improve the safety and stability of the plant.
