摘要
通过大样本仿真调研测量得到的客户对手刹操作的直观感知数据,运用QFD、Pareto、田口方法等质量工具对数据进行处理分析并建立数学模型,根据中国人体尺寸形成了适合中国驾驶员的手刹操作舒适区域。研究得到的三维等值线图可直接运用于各车型的手刹布置,从而解决了基于SAE人体建立的手刹布置标准无法满足中国客户操作需求的问题。验证结果表明,该舒适性区域能够真实反映客户需求,对本土车型开发中手刹的合理布置具有指导意义。
Large samples of customer intuitive perception data are measured by simulation re- search of parking brake operation, using quality tools such as QFD, Pareto, Taguchi method to deal with the data analysis and establish the mathematical model. The comfort zone of manual parking brake operation is formed which is suitable for Chinese driver according to the Chinese human dimension. Research of the three - dimensional contour map can be directly applied to the packaging of manual parking brake in various vehicles, so as to solve the operating problem that handbrake criteria based on SAE human dimension standard cant meet the requirement of Chinese customers. Verification results show that the comfort zone can reflect the needs of customers factually, and it has a guiding signifi- cance to the manual parking brake package in the development of domestic models.
