摘要
介绍了如何从时域加速度信号转换成冲击响应谱(SRS)和疲劳损伤谱(FDS)以及冲击响应谱和疲劳损伤谱的应用。以某车型的冷却模块为研究对象,提出了通过冷却模块的路谱采集加速度时域信号转化成PSD控制台架振动耐久试验的方法。在失效模式和疲劳损伤等效的前提下,实现了试车场耐久规范与台架耐久规范的等效关联,且大大缩短了冷却模块台架试验的时间,解决了冷却模块的台架验证难题。
How to convert the acceleration time -domain signal to shock response spectrum (SRS) and fatigue damage spectrum (FDS) and their application is described. Taking a vehicle cool- ing module as the research object, a new vibration rig test method which converting the acceleration time - domain signal of cooling module to power spectrum density (PSD) is put forward. On the prem- ise of fatigue damage and fatigue mode, we can realize the equivalent correlation between the proving ground durability test and the rig durability test. Besides the rig test time of cooling module is greatly shortened, which can solve the problem of rig test validation.
