摘要
为了打破传统的制动信号灯开关结构,满足一汽大众主机厂的要求,提出了一种安装在柱塞式制动主缸上的制动信号灯开关结构。对该制动信号灯开关的结构及原理进行了介绍,采用尺寸链的方法对其制动报警区间进行了理论计算,并根据理论计算结果制作了产品样件,利用现有的制动主缸综合性能试验台对其制动报警区间进行了检测,得到了该制动信号灯开关结构的报警区间为1.64~2.34mm,该结果与理论计算得到的结果较符合,误差在1.5%以内,也处于主机厂要求的中间范围,从而验证了理论计算的合理性及该方案的可行性。
In order to break the traditional structure of brake light switch and satisfy the re- quirements of the FAW- VOLKSWAGEN manufacturers, a new structure fixed on piston type master cylinder is raised. It presents the structure and principle and uses the method of dimensional chain for calculating the brake warning range. Then according to the conclusion of the calculating, we product several sample pieces and check their brake warning range on the existing comprehensive performance test bench of master cylinder. The testing result which testifies the rationality of the theoretical calcula- tion and the feasibility of the scheme shows that the brake warning range of the brake light switch is 1.44-2.14mm. Also it is consistence with the theoretical calculation,the error is within 1.5% and the requirements of the manufacturers.
