菲-Cd单一与联合作用对毛蚶的氧化胁迫及损伤 被引量:2

Single and combined effects of oxidative pressure and damages of phenanthrene and cadmium on Anadara Subcrenata

摘要 采用静态染毒实验研究了菲和Cd2+单一作用与联合作用下胁迫9 d和清洁海水恢复过程中毛蚶体内超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明,在本实验的染毒条件下,毛蚶体内SOD和CAT活力呈现被诱导的趋势,MDA含量水平低于对照组。高浓度(菲50μg/L,Cd 500μg/L)比低浓度(菲10μg/L,Cd 100μg/L)的作用明显。菲对毛蚶的氧化胁迫作用大于Cd2+的作用,菲和Cd2+联合作用对毛蚶的氧化胁迫大于菲和Cd2+的单独作用。这两种污染物对毛蚶的氧化胁迫在消除污染后可以逐渐恢复,其中,Cd2+低浓度组(100μg/L)在进行清水恢复后,SOD和CAT活力与对照组无显著性差异,说明毛蚶具有较好的抗氧化胁迫性和自我恢复能力。 The SOD, CAT activities and MDA content in Anadara subcrenata have been studied respectively after being exposured with phenanthrene(Phe) and cadmium(Cd) separately and jointly for 9 days and then recovered in clean water by static infected experiment. Under the infected experiment conditions, the results showed that SOD and CAT activity of Anadara subcrenata followed an induced trend, and MDA content were lower than the control group. The effects of high concentration groups ( Phe 50 μg/L, Cd 500 μg/L) were more obvious than the low concentration groups (Phe 10μg/L, Cd 100 μg/L). Furthermore ,the oxidative pressure of Phe on Anadara subcrenata was greater than the effect of Cd, and the joint effect of Phe and Cd was higher than the single role. The oxidative pressure can re- cover gradually when removed the exposure of Phe and Cd. Especially, SOD and CAT activity with 100 μg/L Cd expo- sure returned to the control level when transferred to the clean water.
