肺组织胞浆菌病1例分析 被引量：1

摘要 2015年3月18日天津市第一中心医院诊断1例肺组织胞浆菌病，现将该患者临床资料进行分析，报告如下。 1临床资料 患者男，54岁，体检发现肺部病变1周来院就诊。病人自发病以来无明显咳嗽、咳痰及痰中带血，无明显喘憋及呼吸困难，无低热、盗汗、乏力，体质量无变化。
