摘要
采用电测技术和有限元分析相结合的方法,研究了5种工况下梁中横截面上的正应力分布规律,即上梁与下梁及上梁、下梁与楔块之间相互挤压力的分布规律.结果表明,采用有限元分析技术能够较为精确地模拟加楔块叠梁的实际受力情况,也能刻画上梁与下梁,上梁、下梁与楔块之间的相互挤压作用规律.
The normal stress distributions on the transversely cross-section of a laminar beam with edges under five conditions, namely the distribution of pressure between its upper beam and lower beam, the distribution of pressure among upper beam ,lower and edges are investigated by means of electric measuring technology and finite element analysis.Results show that the practical stress of the laminar beam with edges, the law of pressure distribution between upper beam and lower beam,the law of pressure distribution among upper beam,lower beam and edges,are simulated with finite element analysis.
