基于性价比评判法的火电辅机采购评标研究

Study for Thermal Power Auxiliary Equipment Purchase Evaluation of Bid based on Cost Evaluation Method

设备评标是火电辅机设备采购的必要手段。在分析现有火电辅机设备采购评标方法的基础上,构建了火电辅机设备供应商排序性的评价指标体系,提出一种基于性价比评判法的综合评价模型,使得评价的结果更为客观、科学、准确。最后用一个算例说明此种评价方法在火电辅机设备采购评标中的具体应用。

Equipment evaluation is a necessary means to purchase auxiliary equipment of thermal power plant. The analysis on the basis of existing thermal power auxiliary equipment procurement evaluation method, the evaluation index system of thermal power auxiliary equipment is constructed, a comprehensive evaluation model based on cost evaluation method is put forward, the results of the evaluation is more objective, scientific and accurate. Finally, the example is given to illustrate the specific application of this evaluation method in thermal power auxiliary equipment evaluation of bid.
