Harmonic Control of the Power Grid to Numerical Control Machine Tool

摘要 根据实际测量数控机床供电系统的谐波参数,在MATLAB仿真软件平台中,模拟有源滤波器进行治理谐波,通过仿真结果,采用国内某专业生产商的有源滤波器进行实时谐波治理。通过有源滤波器治理的供电系统,谐波含量明显减小,供电系统的电能质量得到显著提高,数控机床设备的稳定运行得到了保障,生产零件的合格效率得到明显的提高。 As the parameter of harmonic in the system of power supply to numerical control machine was measured,the simulation model of active power filter is established based on Matlab/Simulink and simulation results are gained. From the result of the simulation, the advanced Active Power Filter was adopted to cleaning constantly power grid. In the power grid,THD was reduced clearly and the power quality was improved, which the Numerical control machine can be usefully moving.The qualified efficiency of production parts is obviously improved.
