摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚甲基三氟丙基硅氧烷为基胶,石墨烯为填料,甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷为交联剂,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,制备了脱酸型室温硫化(RTV)氟硅橡胶。探讨了石墨烯的用量对氟硅橡胶力学性能、耐热老化和耐油性能的影响。结果表明,石墨烯对氟硅橡胶具有补强效果,还可提高氟硅橡胶的耐热老化和耐油性能。与不加入石墨烯的纯RTV氟硅橡胶相比,当石墨烯的用量为12份时,氟硅橡胶的硬度提高了250%,拉伸强度提高了511%,拉断伸长率降低了18.9%,撕裂强度提高了287%。
Room temperature vulcanized( RTV) fluorosilicone rubber was prepared by using graphene as the reinforcing agent,α,ω- bihydroxyl polymethyl trifluoropropyl siloxane as the basic gum,methyltriacetoxysilane as the crosslinker,and dibutyltin dilaurate as the catalyst. Effects of the graphene contents on the mechanical,thermal aging and oil resistant properties of the fluorosilicone rubber were studied. It was found that all the above- mentioned properties could be improved. Compared with the pure RTV fluorosilicone rubber without any reinforcing agent,the hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break of the modified silicone with12 parts graphene loadings could be improved by 250%,511%,287%,respectively,while the breaking elongation was decreased by 18. 9%.
