甲基氯硅烷高沸物制备高沸硅油的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 以甲基氯硅烷高沸物为原料,经过醇解、中和等工艺,制得高沸硅油。研究了无水乙醇和去离子水加入量、反应温度和时间4个因素对高沸硅油黏度及产量的影响。结果表明:去离子水加入量对硅油黏度影响最明显,最佳工艺为m(无水乙醇)∶m(去离子水)∶m(高沸物)=90∶1∶100,反应时间为4 h,反应温度为70℃。 High- boiling silicone oil was prepared by high- boiling methyl chlorosilane via alcoholysis and neutralization. Effects of ethanol,water,temperature and time in the reaction on the viscosity and production yield of high- boiling silicone oil were discussed. Results showed that the amount of water had signicant effects on the viscosity of the silicone oil and the optimum preparation conditions were at loading of m( ethanol) : m( water) : m( high- boiling) = 90: 1: 100 with the reaction time of 4 h at 70℃.
