摘要
分别采用氢氧化钠饱和水溶液、氢氧化钙水溶液清液、氢氧化钠固体粉末、乙二胺四乙酸钠对合成三氯氢硅的副产物高聚氯硅烷进行处理。结果表明,氢氧化钠饱和水溶液、氢氧化钙水溶液清液会使高聚氯硅烷迅速发生水解反应,生成致密的Si O2固体,包裹未反应的高聚氯硅烷,从而阻止反应的进一步进行;氢氧化钠固体粉末无法与高聚物反应;乙二胺四乙酸钠在加热条件下能与高聚氯硅烷发生反应,且分解高聚氯硅烷,将其转化为可以安全进行排放的固渣。
Saturated aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide,calcium hydroxide aqueous solution,sodium hydroxide solid powder,and sodium ethylene diamine tetracetate were used for the treatment of the byproduct high polychlorosilane from trichlorosilane production process,respectively. Results showed that the saturated aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide aqueous solution rapidly underwent hydrolysis of high polychlorosilane,generating a dense Si O2,and wrapped unreacted silane,thereby preventing further reaction. The sodium hydroxide solid powder could not react with high polychlorosilane. Sodium ethylene diamine tetracetate reacted with high polychlorosilane under high temperature,and it could decompose high polychloroprene silane,converting it to safety residues.
