In the critical period to have a stable policy support, the of transformation of independent most important thing is to have college development, in addition a fit with their teachers.In The College of Arts and Science Yunnan Normal University as the logical starting point, the transformation of the development analysis of the current problems of independent college teachers construction, development of updating concept, characteristic, structure optimization and internationalization development strategy to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
