随着互联网技术的发展,以微博、微信、贴吧等为平台的自媒体为社会公众熟练运用,社会公众在网络信息传播中扮演的角色既可以是信息的接受者又可以成为信息的发布者。近几年来频频发生的旅游突发新闻事件,迅速让旅游目的地成为公众关注的焦点,比如近期发生的"云南女导游辱骂游客事件",因此应根据自媒体环境下旅游突发新闻事件的特征与处置原则,制定应对旅游突发新闻事件的基本对策,以期提高应对旅游突发新闻事件的能力,避免或减轻因旅游突发新闻事件处置不当给旅游业带来的负面影响。
