利用蛋壳制备Cr-Ca-Sn-Si紫红色料的研究

Research on Preparation of Chrome Tin Purple Red Pigment by Using Eggshell

本文采用固相法合成Cr-Ca-Sn-Si紫红色料,以蛋壳引入碳酸钙原料,进行了铬锡紫红色料的制备。通过实验对配方进行优化,并通过控制煅烧温度和矿化剂等措施调整合成一系列的紫红色料。结果表明,采用蛋壳可以制备出效果较好的Cr-Ca-Sn-Si紫红色料。

The solid-phase synthesis of Cr-Ca-Sn-Si purple red pigment, the preparation of chrome tin pink stains was studied by using eggshell, which used as the raw materials introducing the calcium carbonate. Through the experiment of formula is optimized, and by controlling the calcinations temperature and mineralizer measures a series of Cr-Ca-Sn-Si purple red pigments were prepared. The results showed that it can achieve a good result to Cr-Ca-Sn-Si purple red pigments by using eggshell.
