科技政策类研究人员文献获取的现状分析

Analysis of the Status Quo of the Literature Acquisition of Science and Technology Policy

以10省市科技政策类研究机构的学者为调查对象,对其文献检索和传播需求等方面展开了研究。结果发现,综合类数据库是研究人员主要的检索途径,但不可就此忽视纸质媒体的作用;信息和网络技术的发展改变了文献获取方式,同时也使定制服务成为可能;精准服务既是数据提供商的难点,也是定制服务成功的关键点。

In order to study the literature search and communication needs, the scholars of the 10 provinces and cities of science and technology policy research institutions were investigated. It is found that the comprehensive database is the main search way, but it can not ignore the role of paper media, the development of information and network technology has changed the way of literature acquisition, but also makes it possible to make customized services, accurate service is not only the difficulty of data providers, but also the key point of the success of customized services.
