摘要
围绕我国煤矿安全健康管理宏观层面存在的问题进行分析,着重从技术、标准、培训、卫生管理、防护意识、奖惩机制、部门联动等角度着手,并对相应的问题提出了推进技术研究成果转化、完善相关法规和标准、增强职工的专业教育培训等具体改进意见。
This paper analyze the problems of coal mine safety and health management in our country, focus on the technol- ogy, standards, training, health management, protection awareness, incentive mechanism, the linkage of departments and other aspects, and puts forward some specific suggestions for improvement, such as promote the transformation of technological re- search results, improve the relevant regulations and standards, and enhance the professional education and training of workers.
