摘要
依据JJF 1059.1—2012测量不确定度评定与表示和JJG 158—2013补偿式微压计,使用一等补偿式微压计作为标准器,对二等补偿式微压计在实验室常规条件下进行测量,分析测量不确定度来源,并进行测量不确定度的评定。
According to the JJF1059.1-2012Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Representation, JJG158 - 2013Compensa- tion Micro - pressure Gauge, using the first class compensated micro pressure gauge as a standard device, measure the sec- ond class compensated micro pressure gauge in the laboratory under the condition, analyzed the source of uncertainty of mea- surement, and evaluate the uncertainty of measurement.
