摘要
综合机械化放顶煤采煤法在厚煤层开采中广泛使用,但用于回采残煤尚不多见,尤其对于易自燃厚煤层的残煤回采中使用综放采煤方法还没有成功的治理瓦斯涌出和防灭火经验。通过对西安矿易自然煤层矿井的实际观察和研究分析,得出了易自燃厚煤层残采工作面的瓦斯涌出和自然发火规律,探索出了一整套治理煤层瓦斯涌出和防灭火方法等安全保障技术。保证了易自燃残煤的高效、安全的回采,获得年采残煤200万吨的巨大效益。
Fully mechanized top-coal caving mining in thick seam mining is widely used, but there are few for residual coal mining, especially for residual in inflammable thick coal seam mining. Through the actual observation and analysis of the inflammable thick coal seam mining of Xi'an Mine, the law of the coal seam spontaneous combustion and gas emission is concluded; a set of management method of coal-bed gas e-mission and fire prevention are explored. Thus it ensures the residual coal mining with high efficiency and safety, and it reaches to 2 million tons coal production per year.
