摘要
近年来发展了一种利用块体非晶合金直接晶化制备Nd-Fe-B基纳米复合永磁体的新方法。介绍了该方法自成为研究热点以来,各个研究小组在Nd-Fe-B基合金非晶形成能力的提高和晶化后硬磁性能研究两个方面做出的富有成效的工作,并分析总结了影响Nd-Fe-B基合金非晶形成能力和磁性能的因素,指出控制磁体的微结构包括软硬磁相的组成和分布将是该方法获得性能优异的大块纳米复合永磁体的关键。
In recent years, a method for preparing fully dense bulk nanocomposite rare-earth magnets from directly devitrification of Nd-Fe-B based bulk metallic glasses has been developed. Since the method has become a research hotspot, a lot of efficient works on glass-forming ability and hard magnetic properties have been done. Some research results are introduced in this paper. It is revealed that microstructure control including composition and distribution of soft and hard magnetic phases is the key of obtaining excellent performance of bulk nanocomposite permanent magnet.
