摘要
利用UMT-2高温摩擦磨损试验机分别对Ni60和4135钢进行常温往复式干摩擦试验,对比分析Ni60堆焊层及4135钢基体材料在不同载荷下的磨损量以及不同速度下的摩擦因数。结果表明,随着载荷的增加,Ni60的磨损量明显小于4135钢,且增加趋势比较平稳;在不同速度下,Ni60的平均摩擦因数更加稳定,且比4135钢小。由此可见,Ni60具有更高的硬度和耐磨性,并具有更优良的摩擦磨损性能。
UMT-2 high temperature friction and wear tester is used to give a test for reciprocating dry friction on the Ni60 surfa- cing layer and base material of 4135 steel in room temperature. The wear loss and the friction coefficient under different load and speed are analyzed by comparison.The results show that, with increasing load, the wear rate of Ni60 is less than 4135 steel, and the increasing trend is relatively stable. At different speeds, the average friction coefficient of Ni60 is less and more stable than 4135 steel. Thus it can be seen that it is Ni60 is of higher hardness and wear resistance, so it is of more excellent friction and wear properties.
