摘要
超大齿圈在大型装备上有非常重要的作用。超大齿圈具有单件小批的产品特性,提高加工工艺设计效率对于缩短产品周期,降低产品成本有重要意义。基于实例推理技术研究了超大齿圈加工工艺的快速设计方法,分析了超大齿圈加工工艺特点,给出了加工工艺实例的描述方法,提出了相应的工艺分类与相似性检索算法。开发了超大齿圈加工工艺快速设计系统,已成功应用于实际的工艺设计。
Large gear ring plays a very important role in the large equipment. Because of its characteristics of small batches, it is of great significance in improving the design efficiency and product quality, shortening the product cycle and reducing product cost. Its rapid process design is studied, based on case-based reasoning method, the characteristics of this method are analyzed, the case, in which the processing method is used, is given out and the rational process classification and similarity retrieval algorithm is proposed. The development of its rapid process design system is applied to the practical process design successfully.
