滚动直线导轨寿命试验方法研究现状及思路

Research Status and Thinking of Life Test Method for Roller Linear Guide

针对我国滚动直线导轨副寿命试验存在的问题,对其现状进行了调研与分析,结合滚动轴承寿命试验的研究成果和国内外对于寿命试验方法及评估方法的研究,提出了基于加速寿命试验的滚动直线导轨寿命试验方法,为以后进行导轨的寿命试验提供一种思路。

Aiming at the existing problem of life test for the roller linear guide in our country,its research status is surveyed and ana- lyzed. Combined with the research results of the life test for the rolling bearing the life test and assessment research methods, the method for the relier linear guide is put forward. This method provides a thinking for testing the guide life.
