摘要
为了在狭窄空间实现核污染去污液的高效喷洒作业,通过对移动式高压气源喷射器的工作原理分析、关键部件选型、结构优化设计、功能性样机加工,研制出了适用于核污染去污液喷洒作业喷射器。移动式高压气源喷射器具有结构紧凑、作业稳定性高、无废气、无污染、噪声低、操作方便等优点。通过对喷射器喷嘴的雾化特性分析,得出喷射器工作时雾化效果良好的气液比,并在该气液比条件下,通过实验对喷射器喷洒范围和均匀性进行了检测,现场试验结果表明:该喷射器能够在狭小空间有效用于核污染去污液喷洒作业,具有较高实用价值。
To spray the nuclear pollution detergent efficiently in the narrow space, this paper designs and manufactures the nuclear pollution detergent ejector by analyzing its working pdnciple, selecting the key parts, optimizing the structure and processing the functional prototype. It has the advantages of its compact structure, high stability, no waste, no pollution, low noise, convenient operation, etc. And the perfect ratio of gas and liquid is obtained by analyzing the atomization characteristic of the ejector nozzle. And its spray range and uniformity is tested through some experiments under the condition of this ratio. The field test results show that it can be used to spray the nuclear pollution detergent effectively in the narrow space.
