摘要
通常非球曲面精密零件加工,采用车、磨,研抛等工序,其耗时长、劳动强度大、精度低。采用宏程序编程技术和在研抛基本理论的研究基础上提出了一种基于磁流变液力矩伺服装置的非球面光整加工方案,采用力伺服装置实现对研抛力的控制,并采用masterCAM软件实现复杂研抛程序的编写,完成研抛轨迹的控制,对双曲面试件进行试验研究,得到了高品质的双曲面试件。
The turning, grinding and polishing technology is used in the fine machining of aspheric surfaces. It consumes a lot of time and manpower and its accuracy is low, while the macro program technology is used to simplify NC program, based on the polishing basic theory, and a newaspheric polishing project is put forward, based on magneto-rheological fluid torque servo devices. The polishing force is controlled by use of the torque servo device. By using master CAM, the complex polishing NC program is compiled, then the polishing track is controlled, so its quality is improved greatly.
