摘要
利用GSA系统对手动变速器进行换挡性能测试,通过对测试数据的拟合处理,形成一系列参数变化曲线,将主观的变速箱换挡性能进行客观化、量化,直接找出性能提升项,通过改进变速箱换挡结构及相关设计参数,验证各项性能优化程度。优化后的变速箱换挡性能经GSA设备测试及主观评价有所提高,表明变速箱的选换挡结构方式改进有效。
This paper uses GSA to test the shift performance of a manual transmission and analyzes the test data through the fitting process to form a series of parametric curves, thus thransforming the subjective evaluation into objective data for the shift performance test. Then, it is the one of quantifying and identifying performance improvement items directly. By improving the shift structure and design parameters, the performance level of verification is optimized. After this optimization, GSA equipment testing and subjective evaluation is improved. It confirms the truth of effectiveness of the improvment shifting structure.
