摘要
以路锥夹紧机构为研究对象,对机构夹紧路锥时的受力状态进行有限元分析。利用ABAQUS对机构进行静态分析;由于夹紧路锥时间较短,把机构所受载荷当成瞬间载荷作用,在ABAQUS中对机构进行瞬态响应分析,得到机构的最大应力为243.6MPa,相比静态分析增加很多,但仍满足强度要求。这对后面研究机构的结构参数优化和可靠性等提供了理论依据。
With road cone clamping mechanism as object of study, this paper mainly does the road cone clamping finite element analysis. ABAQUS is used to do its static analysis, due to the shorter road cone clamping time, the load acting on the mechanism is taken as transient load, its transient response is analysed in ABAQUS, its maximum stress is 243.6 MPa. Though its stress much increases, it still meet the strength requirements. A theoretical basis is provided for optimizing the structure parameters and its reliabiligy.
