On Power Operation and Development of Democratic Management in Colleges and Universities

现代大学制度视角下,民主管理权力在高校内部权力结构中有其自身定位和运行机制。发展民主管理权力既要处理好大学、政府和企业的关系,营造良好的外部环境;还要积极修炼内功,提高广大教职员工和学生的民主意识和自觉意识;完善民主管理参与的制度保障,大力推动学生参与民主管理。

In terms of modern university institution,the power of democratic management has its own position and operation mechanism in the multiple power structure of universities.For its development,universities have to properly deal with their relationship with both governments and enterprises,build a favorable external environment,enhance their internal strength by enhancing democratic consciousness and self-awareness of teachers and students,improve the institution for ensuring the participation in democratic management by dramatically pushing students to get involved in democratic management.
