Design and Implementation of SG-ERP Human Resources Assistant Decision Platform

构建智能决策分析体系,提升各项业务的智能决策分析能力,是国家电网公司信息化SGERP工程的重要内容。文章介绍了SG-ERP人力资源辅助决策平台的设计和实现,在建立人力资源数据仓库的基础上,基于价值树理论分解分析主题的关键绩效指标,构建决策分析模型,通过商业智能工具进行信息展现,实现人力资源的现状分析、趋势预测和计划监控等,为各级领导层和管理层提供直观、快捷的辅助决策支撑。

Constructing intelligent decision analysis system to improve intelligent decision analysis capacity of each business is a critical part of the SG-ERP information project of SGCC. This paper introduces the design and implementation of the SG-ERP human resources assistant decision platform. After construction of the human resources data warehouse, a decision analysis model is designed on the basis of key performance analysis of the main topic according to the value tree theory. Using business intelligent tools to display information, this paper realizes situation analysis of the human resources, trend forecast, plans monitoring etc. The platform will facilitate leadership and management at all levels by supporting them visual and convenient decision making.
