健身气功在中学校园的开展与传播路径研究——以四川省为例

摘要 健身气功进入中学校园,不仅有效地开发了学校体育课程资源,丰富了校园文化,而且对于传承与弘扬中华民族传统体育项目有着积极的推进作用。该文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探讨健身气功在四川省中学校园的开展与传播路径,遴选和重点扶持"四川省青少年校园健身气功试点学校,并将健身气功纳入到学校体育课程体系中,同时提出了中学校园开展健身气功的有效途径,为保护和传承民族体育文化遗产,促进健身气功在四川省中学校园的发展提供参考。 Health Qigong into middle school campus,not only effective development of school physical education curriculum resources, enrich the campus culture,but also for the heritage and promote the Chinese traditional sports have a positive role in promoting. This article uses the literature material,logical analysis and development and dissemination of the path,the selection and other methods to explore the Health Qigong in Sichuan Province in the focus on support of Sichuan Province youth campus Fitness Qigong pilol school,and will be incorporated into the school physical education curriculum system,and the same time,put forward the effective way to carry out Health Qigong.This article uses the literature material,logical analysis and other methods to explore the Health Qigong in Sichuan Province in the development and dissemination of the path,the selection and focus on support of Sichuan Province youth campus Fitness Qigong pilot school,and will be incorporated into the school physical education curriculum system,and the same time,put forward the effective way to carry out Health Qigong.
