摘要
对同步顶升桥梁橡胶支座更换技术做了全面的研究与讨论;同步顶升设备采用PLC控制液压同步系统进行统一控制和监控;设计顶升高度既要满足支座更换的需要,又要保证结构安全;配置千斤顶吨位及数量应满足设计顶升力的要求;施工座做好准备工作,采用"纵向逐墩,横向同步顶升"的原则同步顶升,同步落梁,保证支座更换质量;监控采用顶升位移和顶升力双控,以顶升位移为主要控制指标的原则。
Made a comprehensive study and discussion on the technology of bridge rubber bearing replacement by Synchronous Lifting. Synchronous Lifting equipment adopt PLC synchronous hydraulic pressure control system with unified control and monitoring.Design lifting height is necessary to meet the needs of bearing replacement,but also to ensure the structural safety.Jack tonnage and volume configuration should meet the design requirements of the top lilt.Construction should be prepared to work,adopt the principle of "longitudinal pier by pier,horizontal synchronous lifting"to synchronize lifting,synchronous drop beams,guarantee the quality of bearing replacement. Monitoring control both top-liter displacement and top lift,lifting displacement as the main control target.
