摘要
目的分析标本溶血以后对血常规检测结果不良的影响程度,寻求预防标本溶血的科学方法。方法对以2014年12月在该院进行健康体检的100例体检者均空腹抽取静脉血5mL,分别装进2个试管,并标记为实验组和对照组,实验组标本进行人工溶血,对比分析两组标本血小板分布宽度(:PDW)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白(MCH)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞(N)百分数、淋巴细胞(L)百分数、红细胞计数(RBC)、血细胞比容(Hct)、平均红细胞容积(MCV)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、血小板计数(P1t)、血小板平均容积(MPV)、血小板比容(PCT)的检测结果。结果实验组与对照组在:PDW、MCHC、MCH、N、L、RBC、Hct、MCV、RDW、Plt、MPV、PCT等12个项目的检测结果不一致,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);仅在Hb、WBC等2个项目检测结果基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论检测标本溶血会严重影响血常规检测结果的准确性,在检测过程中,尽量避免标本溶血。
Objective To analyze the impact of hemolysis after blood test results of poor demand prevent hemolysis of the scientific method. Methods To December 2014 in our hospital were 100 cases of healthy volunteers for the study, all subjects were fasting venous blood 5ml, were put into two test tubes, and labeled as experimental group and control group, the experimental group artifi-cial hemolysis, comparative analysis of the two groups studied platelet distribution width (PDW), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), hemoglobin (Hb), white blood cell count (WBC), neutrophil (N) per-centage of lymphocytes (L) percent, red blood cell count (RBC), hematocrit (Hct), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), red cell distri-bution width (RDW), platelet count (Plt), mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet hematocrit (PCT) test results. Results Of experi-mental and control groups in the test results PDW, MCHC, MCH, N, L, RBC, Hct, MCV, RDW, Plt, MPV, PCT and other 12 pro-jects are inconsistent, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);the experimental and control groups are basically the same in Hb, WBC and other two projects test results, the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion The detection of hemolysis blood test results will seriously affect the accuracy of the detection process, try to avoid hemolysis.
