医院住院部抗菌药物信息化管理系统及其实施效果分析

Analysis of Hospital Inpatient Antimicrobial Information Management System and its Implementation Effect

目的观察探讨医院住院部抗菌药物信息化管理系统实施前后抗菌药物使用合理性。方法分别选取2012年5月—2013年5月期间(实施前)以及2013年12月—2014年12月期间(实施后)住院患者病历各300份作为研究资料,回顾性分析其临床病历,对比分析抗菌药物信息化管理系统实施前后抗菌药物使用合理性。结果在抗菌药物预防使用率方面,实施前为46.67%(140/300),实施后为26.67%(80/300),实施后明显低于实施前,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在用药无指征、选药不合理等方面,实施后构成比明显低于实施前,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院住院部实施抗菌药物信息化管理可以有效提高抗菌药物使用的合理性,还能够实时监测数据,提高科室监督管理效能,值得推广。

Objective To observe the discussion of hospital inpatient antimicrobial drugs before and after the implementation of information management system of antimicrobial use rationality. Methods During 2012 to 2013 were selected for 05 months （05 months prior to the implementation of 2013 December to 2014 December） and during （after the implementation of 300 medical records of hospitalized patients） as the research data, a retrospective analysis of the clinical medical history, comparative analysis of antimicrobial drug information management system implementation before and after reasonable usage. Results In the aspect of preventive application of antimicrobial rate, prior to the implementation of 46.67% （140/300）, after the implementation of 26.67%（80/300） was significantly lower than that before, after the implementation of the implementation before and after, significant dif-ference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）;in the medication without talking syndrome, drug selection is not reasonable, after the implementation of constituent ratio was significantly lower than the implementation ago, before and after the significant difference has statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hospital, the implementation of the management of antimicrobial agents informa-tion can effectively improve the rational usage of antibacterials, real-time monitoring data, improve the efficiency of supervision management Department, worthy of promotion.
