目的探究新形势下医院档案管理信息化建设的途径。方法新医改形势下,该院借助现代化信息管理手段,采取以下方法加强医院人事档案管理:①健全人事档案管理制度和体系;②培养优秀档案管理人才;③强化硬件管理设施建设;④强化安全风险意识等。并比较实施现代化医院人事档案管理前后不同阶段管理的效率、信息准确率和工作人员满意度。结果该院在强化人事档案管理信息化建设后,管理效率明显提高,信息准确率明显提升。结论在新医改形势下,要充分利用现代信息管理技术,加强医院信息管理的现代化进程,提高医院人事管理的质量和安全性,保证医院适应新的发展环境。

Objective To explore an approach of informationization construction of hospital archives management under the new situation. Methods To strengthen hospital personnel file management, with the help of modern information management, our hospi-tal take the following methods under the new health care situation： ①Improve the personnel file management system; ②Cultivate talents of archives management;③Strengthen facilities construction of the hardware management;④Strengthen the awareness of se-curity risks, etc. When modern hospital personnel file management was performed, the management efficiency, the accuracy of in-formation and staff satisfaction were evaluated. Results After strengthening information construction of personnel file management, the management efficiency and information accuracy of our hospital improved remarkably. Conclusion Under the new reform situ-ation, we should make full use of modern information management technology, strengthen the modernization of hospital information management and improve the quality and security of hospital personnel management to ensure the development of the hospital in the new development environment.
