该文分析了传染科护理工作质量的主要影响因素,包括工作责任心、技术、沟通宣教、科室管理等因素,提出加强职业道建设、加强护患沟通、加强护理。质量评价体系研究以及合理配置人力资源等控制措施。取得良好效果。
Objective To study the infectious department in daily nursing work, and the various factors affecting the quality of care, to facilitate a better analysis of the existing problems and reduce complaints disputes, eliminate errors accident, to better serve patients to lay a good foundation. Methods Using the influence factors of nursing management theory analysis, to make timely and effective control measures. Results Through the analysis of various factors affecting the quality of infectious department nursing, take corresponding control measures, make the nursing management theory properly applied, can effectively control ad-verse factors. Conclusion Nursing management theory application can effectively improve the quality of nursing link correctly.
