摘要
护理管理模式正在面临着许多的挑战,我们首先要做的就是分析目前护理管理系统当中的不足,进一步培养及技术专业于一身的专业人才,将信息化管理作为发展的主要目标,增强信息意识,丰富管理内容,制定内容广、高综合性、智能化的管理体系,利用好网络技术与科技的发展,进一步增强护理管理水平。
As an arduous and urgent task of nursing management is faced with many challenges, the first thing we should do is analysis of the current nursing management system, further training and technology professionals, the information management as the main target of development, strengthen the information consciousness, enriching the content of management, and develop wide content, high integrated, intelligent management system, and make good use of network technology and the development of science and technology, further enhance the nursing management level.
