摘要
这些年来,我国更加重视医院的医疗水平以及管理质量,采取了一系列措施促进医院的发展,旨在为人民提供更加完善的医疗服务,进一步提高人们的生活水平以及生活质量。为此,我国推出了绩效管理的方法,将这种管理模式应用到基层医院之中,促进基层医院医疗卫生服务水平的提高。并且通过实践证明,绩效管理模式在基层医院当中发挥了巨大的作用,医院的医疗水平以及各项服务质量都有所上升,各个基层医院的医风也有所改善,提高了我国医院的整体服务质量。
