降低手术室护士针刺伤的品管圈实践活动效果

Effects in Decreasing Nurses in Operation Room of Needle Stick Injury of Qquality Control Circle

目的观察品管圈活动在降低手术室护士针刺伤发生率的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,确定研究主题,分析影响手术室护士针刺伤发生因素主要有:①不规范操作;②不规范处理流程;③淡薄的防护意识。针对原因制定和落实整改措施对策:①增强自我防护意识;②严格执行标准预防措施;③维护护士的身心健康,建立针刺伤报告及跟踪管理制度。结果开展品管圈活动后,该院手术室护士针刺伤的发生率减少,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动,具有规范操作,实施标准预防等行为,减少了手术室护士针刺伤的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of quality control circle in decreasing nurses in operation room of needle stick injury effect of application rate. Methods setting up the quality circle group, determine the research topic, analysis of the influence of nurses in operation room of needle stick injury factors mainly have①Do not regulate the operation;②Not standardized treatment process ③Weak awareness of protection. According to the reasons, formulate and implement rectification measures countermea-sures： ①enhance self-protection awareness; ②The strict implementation of standard precautions, maintain physical and mental health of; ③Nurses, the establishment of needle stab reporting and tracking management system. Results To carry out the quality control circle activity, reduced the incidence of the hospital operation room nurses needle injuries, there are differences between the implementation before statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The QCC, with standardized operation, the implementation of standards prevention behavior of nurses in operation room, reduce the occurrence of needle stick.
