医院在新医改背景下不断改革,使得医院人才管理显著至关重要。当前我国医院人才管理过程中尚存在一些不足,问题也较多,一定程度上影响医院的发展。因此,要在新医改背景下提升竞争力和医疗水平,医院相关部门要不断完善医院的人力资源管理,促进人尽其才。该文将以新医改背景下医院人才管理为起点,分析我国医院人才过程中存在的问题并提出有效地解决措施,保证医院可持续发展。
