摘要
目的探究当前医院人事档案管理方面经常遇到的问题,并针对相应问题提出解决对策。方法将我国当前医院人事档案管理作为研究对象,分析档案在长期人事变动中产生的问题。运用文献法通过对资料的查询,探究当前阻碍医院人事档案管理的具体措施。结果在研究结果分析过程中得知,档案管理需要在管理认知、管理方式、管理制度以及管理素质等方面得到提升。结论对医院人事档案管理因素进行分析,能够进一步优化管理水平,值得推广与运用。
