维持理想血压对延缓老年人心衰发生、发展的探讨

Occurrence Development to Maintain the Ideal Hypertension can Delay Heart Failure

目的探讨研究老年人偏高血压与理想血压对心功能的影响,认识维持理想血压可有效延缓老年人慢性心力衰竭的发生、发展。方法对200位75岁以上老年人根据血压分组,长期进行记录、观察不同血压下心功能不全症状、体征的发生率。结果偏高血压组心功能不全发生率明显高于理想血压组,差异明显。结论较长时间维持理想血压可有效延缓老年人慢性心力衰竭的发生、发展,提高老年人的生活质量。

Objective Study on the elderly partial effects of prehypertension and ideal blood pressure on cardiac function,under-standing maintain ideal blood pressure can effectively delay the occurrence of senile chronic heart failure development.Methods Born on 200 people above 75 years old according to blood pressure grouping,prehypertension group （120-150mmHg）,ideal blood pressure （90~120 mmHg）,long term records observer the incidence of different blood pressure heart failure symptoms and signs. Results The occurrence of senile chronic heart failure rate of prehypertension group is higher than the ideal blood pressure group. Conclusions A long time to maintain the ideal blood pressure can effectively delay the occurrence of senile chronic heart failure, developed,improve quality of life of the elderly.
